This policy describes Block the Wolf, its planned ad-supported iOS release, and this website, operated by Bao Huynh. Contact: baohuynhc@gmail.com.

Game data stored on your device

The game stores your current level, unlocked levels, best scores, sound settings, a broad age group used for advertising protections, and hint-related preferences locally. You do not need to create an account. We do not operate a server that receives your puzzle progress, and the game does not request your contacts, photos, microphone, or precise location.

Advertising

The iOS release uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded hints and occasional interstitial advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses (which can indicate an approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, app interactions, ad views and clicks, and diagnostic or performance information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and maintain their services. The exact information used depends on your device, privacy choices, region, and the ad served.

When required, a consent message appears before eligible advertising requests. You can revisit available choices through the game’s Settings → Privacy options. On iOS, access to the advertising identifier or tracking across other companies’ apps and websites requires Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. Declining tracking does not prevent you from playing.

Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Advertising providers process information under their own policies. We do not send your locally stored puzzle history to AdMob.

This website

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics scripts, account registration, or a mailing list. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical connection information such as IP addresses and request details as needed to serve the site and operate its infrastructure. When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate issues, and handle privacy requests. We retain correspondence only for as long as needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information.

Your choices and rights

You can manage advertising consent through the in-game privacy options when available, and tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Local game data can be removed by deleting the app; copies may remain in device backups managed by you or your backup provider.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, obtain a copy, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. Contact us to exercise rights relating to information we hold, without discrimination. We may need enough information to verify your request. For information held independently by Google, use Google’s privacy controls and request channels. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

Children and teens

Block the Wolf is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate. The app asks for a broad age group, not a birth date. We disable ads for the under-13 group, apply teen advertising protections to under-18 players, and mark the 13–15 group as under the age of consent. Additional local consent requirements may apply.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Service providers may process data in countries other than your own under the safeguards described in their policies. AdMob data retention is controlled by Google; locally stored progress remains until you remove it or the app’s data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The updated date appears above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or ask for renewed consent.
